“She Was Instrumental”—Chikondi Mahuka is No More.
Dear All,
With a heavy heart and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved colleague, friend, and sister, Chikondi Mahuka.
Chikondi was more than a trustee of the Grown Too Quick Foundation (GTQF)—she was a pillar of strength and a passionate advocate for the empowerment of underserved communities and young people. As an accountant at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, a faithful steward at Kanjedza SDA Church, and a dedicated leader within GTQF, she lived a life of purpose, integrity, and service.
Her commitment and impact on GTQF’s journey and success is immeasurable. She was not only a steward of resources but also a source of wisdom and encouragement. Her legacy is woven into the very fabric of our work, and the zeal she instilled in us will continue to drive our mission forward.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Chikondi’s family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness. May the Lord grant them peace and strength in this profoundly difficult time.
Though she is no longer with us, memories of her dedication and vision will forever remain in the work we do.
